Poor service
They have good service and low prices
I call US Agencies for a quote and I spoke with someone, on behalf of speaking to someone she told me to hold on and hung the phone up in my face because I was trying to tell her which vehicle I was trying to insurance. I feel like that is bad customer service and I will not give them my money doing something like that
Terrible customer service. I'm put on hold for over an hour at a time.For this reason I'll go elsewhere
