Very dishonest group of workers,and dont care Bout customer service.Had a rsvp for 9:30am and the car WASN'T ready until after noon on 10/20/17..The manager Erica is very lazy..highly disappointed with the servicd.. Now i go to Montgomery airport to rent cars..I'd rather take a 1hour 15 min drive than a 31/2 Hour wait,when this rsvp was put in 2 weeks prior..
Travis, Jasmine, Mr J and all the support staff are a great team. This is my favorite car rental location in the state. The units are always clean and ready, but the people on staff really make the difference! Keep up the good work folks.
Service has been pretty good. I have enjoyed most of my rentals and you all will be seeing me again hopefully. Sometimes the employees try to overcharge me, but there's a guy name Travis that works at Enterprise in Selma and he's very great. Great job
